Dennis Gulley, Lead Pastor
Prior to coming to serve at Leduc Fellowship Dennis served as the Regional Director of Student Ministries with the Alberta Baptist Association for 8 years.  Prior to that, Dennis served as an Associate Pastor of Bethany Baptist Church in Portland, Oregon for 9 years, as well as serving on staff at Portland Youth for Christ.  Dennis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Portland State University and a Master’s of Art in Educational Ministries from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary.    Dennis and Joanne are the parents of five daughters, Hannah, Rebekah, Rachel, Abby and Lydia.  Dennis and his family are very excited about ministering as a family in the city of Leduc.

Dustin Strauss, Associate Pastor of Community Discipleship
Dustin grew up in Hilda, Alberta before journeying to the big city of Edmonton to attend Taylor University College, where he got his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Religion and Theology.  He spent 3 years at Central Baptist Church serving as the Director of Student Ministries before accepting the call to come to Leduc.  Dustin’s focus is on the overall discipleship model for our church.  He and his wife Karla are excited to join Leduc Fellowship, and to serve the community together.

Penny Carleton, Administrative Assistant
Penny is the glue that keeps the church running.  She is a very intricate part of our team and helps us all juggle the many tasks that we have.  If you call the office or stop by, Penny will be the first voice or face that you will probably come in contact with and she will make sure your questions are answered.  Penny and her husband Steve are the parents of Kevin, Jennifer and Allison.
