Psalm 46:1-11

"You have created us for yourself, O God, and our heart is restless until it rests in you."  We are made to be with God, and to spend time with him is the most important thing we can do.  Jesus pulled away from the crowds all the time to spend time in solitude with his Father - if it was important to him, it should probably be important to us!
